- Provide exceptional service to over 100 member calls daily
- Proactively promote AAA products and services to meet member needs while adhering to policies
- Maintain adherence to the assigned work schedule, including breaks and lunches
- Exceed member expectations in a structured, goal-oriented sales environment
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance service delivery

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent multitasking and computer skills, with proficiency in written and verbal communication
- A quiet, dedicated workspace free of distractions
- Ability to connect directly to ISP via ethernet with a minimum speed of 25 MBPS download and 5 MBPS upload
- Schedule flexibility to accommodate shifts between 8 AM - 10 PM on weekdays and 8 AM - 8 PM on weekends
- Successful completion of a criminal background screening
