What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect, cultivate, and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online leads
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and insurance needs
- Educate clients on different types of life insurance policies and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements
- Present insurance policy options and explain policy features, benefits, exclusions, and costs clearly
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and policy information in the CRM system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Life insurance license required; additional insurance licenses (e.g., health, variable) a plus

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
