      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Participate in team meetings and attend one annual conference, primarily via Zoom
      - Engage with the lead system and implement training and sales strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must possess a life insurance license for your state
      - Reliable computer and internet connection necessary
      - Strong self-discipline and motivation
      - Willingness to pursue personal growth and development
      - Ability to set and achieve goals within a team-oriented environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in sales, particularly in insurance
      - Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship-building
      - Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms and remote working tools
      - Proven track record of achieving sales targets or similar goals
      - Interest in leadership roles and team management
