What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to attract and secure group business within the Dallas market
- Identify, prospect, and establish relationships with corporate, association, and other group clients
- Maintain and grow an active pipeline of business opportunities to achieve revenue goals
- Negotiate contracts, ensuring all terms align with revenue and profitability objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of hotel sales experience, with a strong background in group sales
- Extensive knowledge of the Dallas market, including existing relationships with key accounts
- Proven ability to develop new business and drive revenue growth
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven, able to work independently in a remote environment
