      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary liaison between the Broker Relationship management team and Underwriting teams, managing the production of the full product line
      - Oversee the quoting and sales process, negotiating policies and ensuring a seamless handoff to the Customer Success team
      - Maintain and prioritize a funnel of qualified submissions, focusing on high-quality conversion
      - Build and sustain relationships with brokers nationwide, including marketing calls and quote presentations (some travel may be required)
      - Collaborate with the Strategic National Sales Team to support priority and large accounts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Licensed P&C Producer with a minimum of 3 years of experience
      - Experience in commercial auto, trucking, or related fleet products
      - Proven track record of closing 6+ figure monoline auto policies and managing mid to large-size fleets
      - Managed a book of business with 7-8 figure revenue and/or growth targets
      - Strong knowledge of commercial lines insurance, production management, underwriting, claims, and broker business operations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - TRIP Designation is a plus
      - Proven technical aptitude and experience in a tech start-up environment
      - Strong enthusiasm for discussing trends in AI as they relate to insurance
