What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Screen applicants via phone calls and schedule appointments according to their availability
- Manage the daily schedule and find replacement participants in the event of cancellations
- Guide candidates through document signing and explain the purpose of the study via email
- Send reminders to candidates to minimize no-shows
- Communicate and coordinate with the project team daily to ensure up-to-date information

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Native level fluency in Mandarin (Taiwanese Mandarin preferred)
- Advanced English language skills
- Strong computer skills for tasks such as data entry, report generation, and schedule management
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills, including phone and email
