      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer inbound customer interactions regarding order tracking, updates, and cancellations
      - Utilize various software applications to manage customer accounts and assist in the ordering process
      - Personalize customer interactions and act as a brand ambassador to enhance customer loyalty
      - Meet attendance and performance standards, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
      - Ensure the safety, security, and privacy of all customer information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to meet performance expectations in a fast-paced environment
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide appropriate resolutions
      - Capacity to handle conflict positively and professionally
      - Must be available to work 32 hours weekly across various 8-hour shifts

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a customer service role
      - Familiarity with retail operations and customer engagement strategies
      - Proficiency in typing with a minimum required words per minute
      - Knowledge of order management systems or customer relationship management software
