What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach, guiding teams through Agile/Digital Operations Transformations
- Conduct detailed assessments of current processes and identify gaps in the Scrum and Kanban frameworks
- Train and mentor teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and practices
- Collaborate with client leadership to align strategies and address challenges
- Develop and deliver Agile training materials to enhance team performance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of overall Agile experience in large organizations
- 3+ years of experience coaching teams in a scaled environment
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as Information Technology or Business Administration
- Demonstrated experience with Scrum and Kanban methodologies
- Familiarity with Agile tracking tools, such as JIRA or Azure

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with scaled frameworks like SAFe, LeSS, or Spotify
- Coaching and/or scaled framework certifications
- Background in launching Waterfall teams into Agile methodologies
- Proficient in virtual coaching techniques and collaboration tools
- Deep understanding of the software development life cycle
