      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of recruiting and interviewing experience
      - 2+ years of leadership experience in recruiting
      - Proficiency in various interview methods and techniques
      - Extensive knowledge and experience in full-cycle recruiting
      - Bachelor's degree or higher

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with California labor laws
      - Experience using G-suite and Mac OS
      - Strong multitasking and time management skills
