What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop strategic recruiting plans to assess workforce needs
- Post and maintain current requisitions for assigned client groups
- Generate and maintain a pool of qualified candidates
- Conduct pre-screening of qualified applicants and submit to hiring manager for review
- Identify and source candidates via referrals, social media, career fairs, and networking events

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field OR four (4) or more years of relevant work experience
- Minimum of three (3) years' high-volume life cycle recruiting, staffing, or agency experience
- Knowledge of HR practices and policies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid Driver's License

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Taleo & Oracle Cloud
- Knowledge of Alaska oil and gas services industry
