What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct analysis to drive recommendations for research, development, and acquisition decisions of space-based remote sensing architectures
- Serve as a key point of contact for specialized technical expertise in remote sensing and related fields
- Lead cross-department teams in specialized technical analysis and development tasks
- Perform end-to-end performance evaluations and analysis-of-alternatives using in-house analysis tools
- Mentor junior staff in relevant technical areas
What is Required (Qualifications):
- B.S. degree in aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, systems engineering, mathematics, or a related discipline
- 8 or more years of relevant professional, technical work experience
- Proficiency in one or more software languages, including Python, C, C++, MATLAB, Fortran, or Java
- Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance, requiring U.S. citizenship
- Professional experience with space-related modeling and simulation, or other relevant technical areas

- Graduate degree in a relevant field of study
- Current, active TS/SCI security clearance
- Significant experience in functional/mission areas related to national security space
- Knowledge of Intelligence Community or Department of Defense business practices and acquisition policies
