What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer 100 or more inbound customer calls per day
- Schedule 50 or more service appointments per day for customers needing maintenance and repair
- Respond to inquiries regarding vehicle status, service pricing, warranty, and roadside assistance
- Direct non-service appointment calls to appropriate dealership personnel
- Support 150 U.S. dealerships and 30 collision centers across 17 states

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available to work 40 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday
- Must live in the greater Houston metropolitan area
- At least 6 months of recent customer service experience
- High-speed internet connection of > 30 mbps upload and download
- Quiet home office environment suitable for remote call center work

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Familiarity with automotive terminology and vehicle components
- Strong customer service and complaint resolution abilities
- Advanced knowledge of Google, YouTube, and other web search tools
