Monitoring and ensuring HPM software performance at remote locations on customer sites;
Receiving, registering, and providing technical service to the requests or problems coming in from all media channels and communicates solutions or actions, acting in accordance with our regulatory guidelines;
Providing solutions by using Remote diagnostics, troubleshooting techniques, service technical information or knowledge, creating service work orders and keeping the customer informed of the service status;
Focusing on Remote Resolution, where this is not possible provides a clear action plan, with parts (if required), and diagnosis before dispatching onsite support;
Coordinating customers’ requests of application training and cooperates with application specialists in this domain;
Fulfilling contracts agreements and requirements including periodical software and patches upgrades on remote systems;
Leading the realization of new projects in cooperation with technical expertise resources from Philips and hospital IT teams;
Cyber security aspects of network connections;
at least 3 years of related experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems in medical domain,
Previous experience as Field Service Engineer in Medical Modalities would be a good base for this role,
You have a master’s degree in one of the fields: Medical engineering, Biomedical Engineering,
Studies related to Information Technology, Computer sciences in addition to above are as an asset,
You provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively in Polish and English with both managers, technical & hospital staff,
You are a task-oriented person who is on time, work efficiently, and manage your own priorities well You can guide resources toward goals without needing formal authority,
Knowledge of Romanian language is an asset (Polish is also required),
This position may require on-site visits in Hospitals across Poland, so it is essential that you have active driving license (B category).
Certified in Project Management;
Skills in HL7 Protocol;
Networking certification (CCNA by CISCO);
Experience in Servers management
Hybrid way of working (3 days per week at office in Warsaw)

As Remote Service Engineer you will join the Service Engineer department dedicated to Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) division. On daily basis you will receive, understand, route and handle customer technical requests such as software, product or service malfunctions of our HPM systems. This function provides remote service to CEE region.
Hospital Patient Monitoring Division is a tailored-maid software solution designed for hospitals & clinics that seamlessly connects monitoring devices, patients’ data across whole medical facility.
