      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Sell the benefits of the resort to callers and book reservations for social and group guests
      - Provide accurate information and assistance to guests over the phone in a friendly manner
      - Process and follow through on all reservation requests and inquiries within 24 hours
      - Maintain accurate records for all social and group files and ensure timely confirmations
      - Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 to 6 months of professional experience in reservations or front desk in a hotel/resort setting
      - High School Diploma or equivalent is required
      - Strong oral and written communication skills
      - Excellent typing skills with a minimum of 45 words per minute

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a customer service role within the hospitality industry
      - Familiarity with resort services and package options
