What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Experience with OIPA configuration/testing and using extension functionality to integrate with enterprise capabilities
- Java or Python proficiency
- Javascript framework experience (React, Angular, VueJS, Ember)
- Understanding of MySupport process with Oracle for bug and patch installations
- Collaborate with the team on modernization projects for the Life Communications product

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to critically think and solve complex problems
- Excellent interpersonal and technical communication skills
- Ability to work independently and triage/solve problems
- Experience with OIPA configuration/testing and using extension functionality
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Puppet, Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies
- Continuous delivery pipeline development experience
- AWS Cloud experience
- Knowledge of Life Insurance products
- 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
