What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design architectural structures, including office buildings, schools, and multifamily residences
- Prepare and review engineering plans, construction drawings, cost estimates, and specifications
- Train and mentor junior staff members
- Prepare all necessary professional documents and reports for project completion
- Provide CAD support using AutoCAD and Revit, and interact directly with clients and contractors

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Structural, Civil, or Architectural Engineering (Master's degree is a plus)
- Minimum of 10 years of professional structural engineering experience
- Professional registration as a PE or SE
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience managing client relationships and facing clients directly
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
