What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Provide support for the new student enrollment process
- Develop and validate financial plans for applicants
- Monitor student accounts and provide guidance on financial eligibility
- Identify and overcome academic and financial obstacles
- Utilize data and systems to track enrollment and graduation information

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Associate's degree required
- Minimum of 1 year of exceptional customer service or advising experience in an education setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and database software systems
- Access to and maintenance of the NSLDS system
- Reliable home office with internet speeds that meet the minimum requirements

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- Prior experience in a similar role within higher education
- Knowledge and experience with Title IV funding
- Experience with online learning
- Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment
- Desire to earn a Bachelor's degree with DeVry University
