      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
      - Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
      - Recommend hardware and software improvements
      - Track customer issues and resolutions
      - Responsible for transportation of company equipment to and from various customer locations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1 - 5 years of experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
      - Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, with excellent written communication skills
      - Familiarity with Windows Server Platform, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft SharePoint Server, VMware/Hyper-V Virtualization, and Microsoft Office Applications
      - Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
      - Positive and professional demeanor

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with network design and implementation
      - Additional certifications in IT or customer service-related fields
