      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct structured telephone surveys utilizing outbound call management technology
      - Accurately record participant responses using a computer-assisted telephone interviewing (CATI) system
      - Engage positively with survey participants while remaining neutral and unbiased
      - Respond effectively to caller questions or concerns during interviews
      - Follow written communication scripts and project protocols to ensure survey completion

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or at least 4 years of relevant work experience
      - Fluency in reading and writing in both Spanish and English
      - Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
      - Demonstrated active listening abilities and proficiency in navigating the survey system
      - Computer literacy skills, including accurate data entry and basic troubleshooting

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience as a survey research interviewer
      - Experience collecting and recording data over the phone or in person
      - Familiarity with MS Office products, such as MS Teams, Word, and Excel
