What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hires
- Assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit through behavioral and competency-based interviews
- Prepare salary offers in conjunction with compensation specialists and HR Business Partners
- Track recruiting progress and metrics in the applicant tracking system to meet goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6-8 years of recruiting experience
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards
- Experience in full life cycle recruiting and managing multiple requisitions (20-25+)
- Strong negotiation skills and experience with Excel and Outlook
- Technical/IT and Engineering recruiting experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience recruiting in the Aerospace and Defense industries
- 2-year or 4-year degree preferred but not required
