What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical assistance to existing customers via scheduled outbound calls, ensuring effective solutions
- Troubleshoot and install a variety of security products and services while clearly communicating issues and resolutions
- Educate customers on their systems and identify additional security and home automation solutions
- Address technical issues related to communication failures and peripheral security devices
- Assist with the setup of applications used by customers based on their system type

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college credits or a degree preferred
- At least 1 year of technical service experience required
- Strong technical aptitude and excellent problem-solving skills
- One (1) year of experience as a home security systems technician preferred
- Must have a private work area that meets company standards and adequate internet bandwidth

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in the home security industry
- Additional college credits or a relevant degree
- Familiarity with various ADT products and services
- Strong multitasking abilities in a technical environment
- Experience with remote customer support
