What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide top-notch technical assistance to existing customers via scheduled outbound calls
- Troubleshoot and install a wide range of security products and services
- Educate customers on system functionality and identify additional security solutions
- Address various technical issues related to alarm systems and peripheral devices
- Guide customers in setting up applications based on their system type

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college credits or a degree preferred
- At least 1 year of technical service experience required
- Strong technical aptitude and excellent problem-solving skills
- One (1) year of home security systems technician experience is highly preferred
- Must have a private, quiet work area with adequate internet bandwidth

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in home security systems
- Additional college credits or a degree in a relevant field
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with ADT products and services
- Strong communication skills for customer interaction
