What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide training and educational opportunities across various revenue cycle systems and applications
- Coordinate and lead training activities for Patient Access Services (PAS) and Patient Financial Services (PFS) functions
- Develop and maintain training materials and documentation to support effective learning
- Implement consistent training methods to enhance organizational effectiveness and colleague performance
- Gather data and prepare reports to evaluate performance and training outcomes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Education, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of Revenue Cycle experience
- Knowledge of Revenue Cycle functional training and deployment activities
- Experience with Health Information Systems such as Epic, Health Quest, or Meditech
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification in adult education
- Experience in developing course curriculum and specialized training support tools
- Ability to facilitate instructor-led training courses
- Excellent human relations skills and a well-developed customer service orientation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
