      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze and certify employees' phone skill abilities across various departments within the auto group
      - Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
      - Develop and maintain a suite of reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to key stakeholders
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process improvement initiatives align with organizational goals
      - Deliver accurate phone skill evaluations and certifications across the organization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role
      - Proficient in Microsoft Suite products
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Valid driver's license
