What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and certify employees' phone skill abilities across various departments within the organization

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role
- Prior Sales/Service/Team Training experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience with phone scripts is preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams across different functional areas
