What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop course material for live training sessions around employer services
- Create, record, and produce online video courses for the employer's training platform
- Provide online training and backup for on-site training sessions
- Communicate new functionalities to customers and employees via documentation and webinars
- Manage customer training packages from initiation to completion

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing remote or in-person training
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Proven presentation skills and ability to engage diverse audiences

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with learning management systems, specifically Paylocity
- Familiarity with PowerPoint and Salesforce
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships across departments
- A passion for continuous learning and development
