      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct remote hearing assessments and diagnostics, interpreting results for patients and practitioners
      - Recommend, fit, and sell Earlens hearing solutions and air conduction systems based on patient needs
      - Provide remote counseling and support on hearing loss, device usage, and best practices
      - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
      - Collaborate with healthcare professionals and coordinate with local and national resources to support patient needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Audiology, Hearing Science, or a related field
      - Valid state license to practice as a Hearing Instrument Specialist (North Carolina)
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in hearing instrument fitting and dispensing
      - Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
      - Commitment to patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
