What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct hearing assessments and diagnostics using remote technology, interpreting results for practice and patient needs
- Provide remote counseling and support to patients regarding hearing loss and available solutions
- Recommend, sell, and fit appropriate hearing solutions for patients
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions in the electronic medical record system
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and referral sources as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Audiology, Hearing Science, or a related field
- Valid state license to practice as a Hearing Instrument Specialist
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hearing instrument fitting and dispensing
- Licensed in Florida or Missouri
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
