IntePros is seeking a Mid-level UX Researcher to join our global client. This person will be responsible for working with their product team to define and plan user research studies, screen & recruit quality study participants, moderate usability studies & synthesize quality, actionable findings. The ideal candidate for this role is a self-starter, with strong communication skills, who enjoys collaboration across disciplines and whom is passionate about communicating the user's voice and incorporating it throughout the product design process.
UX Researcher Preferred Experience:

• 2-4+ years of professional experience as a UX Researcher
• BA/BS/MS Degree in a related field: Human-Computer Interaction, Sociology, Psychology, Usability, Human Factors, User Experience Design, Information Science or Computer Science
• Strong knowledge of User Research methods such as Usability Testing, Concept Testing, User Interviews, Unmoderated Remote Studies, User Surveys, Prototype Testing, Contextual Inquiry, Heuristic analysis, Competitive Analysis & Benchmarking etc.
• Experience Moderating both In-Person and Remote Study Sessions
• Experience with Research/User Behavior tools such as Optimal Workshop, Qualtrics & Usertesting.com.
• Experience working with UX design teams focused on building business tool products.
• Knowledge of the User Experience processes, design patterns and methodologies.
• Experience working in an agile/lean UX environment.
• An understanding of iterative customer centered product development
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite & Sketch (Axure & InVision a plus)

UX Researcher Required Skills:

• Ability to design a comprehensive research study plan & testing script.
• Strong written and verbal skills especially in the areas of articulating and documenting research findings, recommendations and decisions; keeping UX and Product leads up-to-date.
• Ability to synthesize findings from research activities or testing in a digestible and engaging format for an audience of designers, developers and key stakeholders
• Ability to synthesize secondary research findings to inform best practices & industry standards
• Ability to understand complex business processes & and how they manifest in enterprise software to support end-users.
• Ability to articulate, rationalize and communicate your ideas to stakeholders.
• Detail oriented, highly organized and ability to easily manage multiple ongoing projects.
• Ability to Advocate for users' needs with the cross functional team and inspire the team to want to know more about their users and their unmet needs.
• Passion for UX methodologies like Human factors, User Centered design, and advanced usability techniques, with knowledge of Accessibility a plus.
• Ability to gather requirements from disparate teams of individuals to inform research study plans.
• Ability to build personas & user journeys, to demonstrate learnings from research studies. (experience designing workflows, and wireframes is a plus.)
