What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a portfolio of Dealer Partners by processing orders and providing support
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Dealer Partners
- Identify opportunities for account growth and areas for improvement
- Conduct training sessions for Dealers, both virtually and in-person
- Ensure up-to-date product information, inventory, and promotional materials

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Mac OS and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail)
- Ability to communicate via phone, email, and chat for about 8 hours/day
- Sales or Dealer relationship management experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Management experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
- Dedicated to continuous learning of product knowledge
- Ability to travel around 40% of the time to visit out-of-town Dealers
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
