Job Responsibilities:
- Resolve basic or tier 1 payment and account related requests for assigned company clients.
- Provide standardized or scripted responses using user-friendly GUI screens and established documentation and processes.
- Enter required data into client systems and databases.
- Determine reasons for customer issues using a provided decision tree.
- Escalate unresolved customer grievances and requests to more experienced Customer Service Representatives or designated departments.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one full year of recent contact center experience.
- Designated workspace free from noise and distractions.
- Reliable DSL or Cable Modem internet connection.
- Physically connect the provided Micro PC to the router or modem with a cable.
- Willingness to work mid to late shift schedules with days off during the week.
- Successfully complete a background check, including criminal, credit, drug screen, education, and employment verification.
- Must be located in the United States.
- Must be comfortable being on camera for this role.
- Not eligible for a referral bonus.
