What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide project management services for renewable energy projects in the US
- Lead proposal development and manage projects with engineering leads and junior staff
- Market company skills to new clients and increase revenue
- Direct project teams in planning, design, and construction support for renewable energy projects
- Review and interpret environmental regulations and communicate with clients throughout project execution

What is Required (Qualifications):
- B.S. in engineering or related major
- 10+ years of experience in the renewable energy field
- Strong background in civil, structural, or electrical disciplines
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and engineering discipline specific software

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project management certification or specialized training
- Master’s degree in business, engineering, or related field
- P.E. or S.E. license or ability to become licensed within two years
- Experience with decommissioning and reclamation plans, financial modeling, and construction monitoring
- Familiarity with scheduling software and construction coordination platforms
