What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Develop and implement tactical corporate and operational plans for NERC/ISO compliance management
- Act as the company's Subject Matter Expert (SME) in NERC and FERC compliance
- Lead incident/accident investigations and devise non-compliance resolutions
- Create internal controls to assess the effectiveness of compliance initiatives
- Represent the company's interests with compliance and regulatory bodies

What is Required (Qualifications):

- 5-10+ years of corporate compliance and operational NERC/FERC/ISO compliance experience in renewable energy electric transmission systems
- Experience with utility-scale solar, wind, battery storage, or energy storage projects
- Strong track record developing compliance programs and resolving compliance breakdowns
- Knowledge of current ISO/RTO standards, operating policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Familiarity with national energy power markets

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- ERCOT experience
- Previous titles such as Regulatory Manager, Compliance Manager, or NERC Compliance Lead
