What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively reach out to clients and manage the renewal process for Tier 2 and Tier 3 accounts
- Generate and send renewal contracts, ensuring follow-up through contract execution
- Maintain accurate records of contract renewals and client interactions in Salesforce
- Identify clients with potential for expansion and communicate these opportunities to the Sales team
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Support and Sales to ensure smooth client renewals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience with Salesforce or CRM systems; PatronManager experience is a plus
- Experience working with contract renewals and ensuring client satisfaction
- Strong understanding of the live-event and arts and culture industries
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple renewals simultaneously with attention to detail and strong organizational skills
