      Upon acquisition of a newly purchased or a recently vacated, single-family residential property in their assigned Market, the Project Manager is responsible for the scoping, management, and oversight of all aspects of the renovation of these homes. This includes the coordination of internal and external resources to ensure the timely accomplishment of all work necessary to ensure the satisfaction of and value for both the property’s owners and all its future residents.

      While the assigned market for this role is Phoenix, AZ , and we require that the successful candidate reside in that immediate area, this position will also cover other nearby metro areas, with limited travel to Tucson possible.
      In the first thirty (30) days of employment, the PM should develop a strong relationship with their internal team, develop and understand their key deliverables, and begin to forge ties with vendors and third parties in the market who will be instrumental to their success.

      In the first ninety (90) days of employment, the PM should begin work on key projects in their Market, including scoping out work, establishing achievable budgets, and engaging the labor and resources necessary to accomplish objectives.

      Necessary Qualifications:

      • Three to five years of residential construction experience as a superintendent, project manager, or production-home customer service manager, delivering projects on time and on budget with consistently high levels of quality control and customer satisfaction
      • "Ownership mentality" of the full lifecycle of assigned projects
      • Ability to set and manage budgets for the renovation of multiple properties simultaneously
      • Experience building, managing and maintaining a reliable vendor network over a distributed geography
      • Knowledge of and experience with fundamentals of Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, HVAC, Flooring, Appliances, Landscaping, and Irrigation Systems as well as health and safety regulations of rental properties for residential real estate
      • Understanding of and demonstrated experience with the implementation of general UBC building codes
      • High School graduate or GED and a valid Driver’s License with clean driving history
      • Excellent oral and written communication skills
      • Demonstrated ability to work independently and with little to no supervision
      • Ability to work flexible hours which may include some weekends
      • Experience in basic computer applications and the ability to learn industry software tools
      • Bilingual in Spanish is highly desirable
