      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Complete housing voucher recertifications, coordinate client moves, and identify suitable units for clients
      - Manage eligibility determination, new client enrollment, and lease-up procedures
      - Conduct housing quality standard inspections and assist with program documentation
      - Serve as a liaison with property owners/managers and facilitate effective landlord engagement
      - Maintain accurate client and payment records and participate in agency meetings and training

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus 5 years of social service experience in the housing field
      - Experience in housing and case management services
      - Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and maintain professionalism
      - Familiarity with State and Federal housing programs is strongly desired
      - Must be CPR certified and complete TB screening (may be obtained upon hire)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with social and economic inequalities, including HIV/AIDS and homelessness
      - Advocacy experience with government assistance agencies and housing authorities
      - Skills in designing and conducting trainings/workshops
      - Knowledge of HIV/AIDS community trends and harm reduction practices
      - Strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
