What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist and educate members, employer groups, providers, and agents regarding health plan benefits via various communication channels
- Analyze and resolve service inquiries while ensuring professional and pleasant interactions
- Identify and escalate customer concerns or complaints to achieve positive outcomes
- Document all service interactions accurately within the appropriate systems
- Facilitate claims resolution and assist members with administrative issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a related field
- Availability for scheduled work shifts, including variable weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adhere to established procedures and quality guidelines
