      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer inquiries professionally and maintain understanding of retirement plan participant requirements
      - Educate participants on distribution, rollover, and consolidation options
      - Assist participants with online account access and resolve requests
      - Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance team efficiency and service quality
      - Maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulations, policies, and procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred
      - 1-2 years of customer service experience and previous contact center experience required
      - Proficient written and oral communication skills
      - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within deadlines
      - Willingness to work overtime and flexible hours

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of ERISA, IRS/DOL regulations, and qualified plan administration
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
      - Experience with OMNI, Relius, and recordkeeping systems
      - Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
      - ASPPA exams or equivalents
