      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer all inquiries in a professional manner and educate retirement plan participants on available options
      - Assist participants in accessing their accounts online and resolving their requests
      - Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance team efficiency while maintaining exceptional service
      - Consult with Client Service and Admin Service teams to provide assistance as needed
      - Maintain confidentiality and comply with all applicable regulations and policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred
      - 1-2 years of customer service experience and previous contact center experience required
      - Proficient written and oral communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities
      - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within required deadlines
      - Willingness to work some overtime and flexible hours, specifically 9-6 PM or 8-6 PM EST

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of ERISA, IRS/DOL regulations, and qualified plan administration
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
      - Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
      - Completion of ASPPA exams or equivalents
      - Experience with OMNI, Relius, and recordkeeping systems
