      Role overview

      Within the Repair team, you’ll be organising commercial terms and working practices with repairs which promote good customer outcomes in the repair journey. You’ll be delivering a physical repair capability which meets the needs of customers, internal stakeholders and our HD digital ambition within the contracted repair network suppliers.


      Job details – you’ll need to have demonstrable experience in:

      • Analysing trends, anomalies and verifying known issues to predict outcomes and fix current issues

      • Providing analysis and rational for future forecasting inputs using available data and resident market experience

      • Becoming an expert in the use of third party software and facilitating the best possible internal business reporting and data led strategies

      • Building solid, productive relationships with supply chain partners to influence change and formulate effective solutions to meet overall departmental objectives

      • Responding to escalated issues around repair process delays and bring about favourable outcomes for both customers and the business

      • Reviewing Total Loss avoidance strategy and highlighting areas for improvement with the goal of a reduction in total loss

      Essential skills we would love you to have:

      • Strong motor claims engineering background with the ability to use computerised vehicle estimating systems (e.g. Audatex/GT Motive) and ATA/AQP accreditation

      • Strong analytical and research skills, combined with excellent attention to detail and accuracy

      • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, both internally and externally
