      Repairs Compliance Coordinator

      Basingstoke / Manchester

      Full Time, Permanent, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 17.00pm

      Salary up to £24,000 per annum

      About the Role:

      Due to a new contract win we are seeking a Repairs Compliance Coordinator to join our team. As a Repairs Compliance Coordinator, you will be working for a Central Government accommodation contract. You will report into the Contract Manager and working alongside 2 other Coordinators.

      A Repairs Compliance Coordinator with our Basingstoke branch, your main duties will include coordinating all repairs and dilapidation that come in, issuing and raising any repairs work once the new properties have been onboarded with us and ensuring all paperwork is uploaded onto the system. In addition to this the successful candidate will be dealing closely with the negotiation and repairs team to ensure the properties are acquired and fixed within a timely manor. Review property compliance certificates (gas safety / EICR) for completeness and seek renewals in advance of expiry and perform sample check of properties procured to confirm pictures show meet decent homes standard.
