      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead replenishment efforts and sales analytics for Walmart/Sam's Club
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for replenishment strategies and analytics
      - Manage product transitions and the life cycle of new and deleted items
      - Create comprehensive sales reports and performance dashboards to support the sales team
      - Analyze market share and sell-thru performance, providing insights for optimization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in a Replenishment Manager/Sales Analytics role within a consumer products company
      - Undergraduate degree in business or a similar major preferred
      - Strong analytical skills to measure sales and manage replenishment product flow
      - Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple high-priority activities effectively
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong executive presence
