What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and sign out negative and straightforward positive clinical genetic test reports
- Generate and sign out accurate test result reports following protocols
- Provide high-quality test results within specified turn-around times
- Attend trainings for applicable reporting protocols
- Seek guidance on technical and clinical cases and complete competency testing

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a field relating to genetics from an accredited institution
- Clinical Laboratory Scientist license from the California Department of Public Health
- Minimum of 2-3 years of prior work experience in a CLIA-certified laboratory

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Clinical Genetic Molecular Biologist Scientist (CGMBS) certification
