      Functional Lead - External Reporting (f/m/d)

      Your Tasks

      • Group Reporting & Consolidation:
      • Review reporting packages and financial notes submitted by entities, ensuring consistency with primary financial statements.
      • Support the consolidation process with a focus on equity consolidation.
      • Prepare and document consolidated financial notes for internal and external stakeholders (Management, Supervisory Board, External Auditors).
      • External Financial Reporting:
      • Prepare quarterly, half-year, and annual financial reports
      • Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A):
      • Support financial due diligence and purchase price allocation processes.
      • Integrate newly acquired entities into the group reporting process and ensure alignment with reporting standards.
      • Collaboration with Auditors and Regulators:
      • Assist the Head of Group Reporting in managing external audits (e.g., ÖPR, FMA) and coordinating responses to other regulatory authorities

      Your Profile

      • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
      • Several years of relevant professional experience (e.g., audit, reporting, controlling, or accounting)
      • Strong proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel
      • High IT affinity and a proactive, hands-on mentality
      • Solid experience with SAP systems; familiarity with consolidation tools such as BCS is a plus
      • Excellent knowledge of IFRS and consolidation
      • Fluent in German (C1 level) and excellent command of English
      • Strong intercultural competence and an open, collaborative mindset
      • Proven ability to manage complexity and make sound, data-driven decisions
      • Confident in engaging and communicating with diverse internal and external stakeholders
