      Summary Statement:

      It is the primary responsibility of the Representative - Promotions and Events, to complete various tasks related to supporting of various events hosted by Resorts World including providing excellent customer service skills to guests.

      Primary Job Duties: – Includes but is not limited to:

      • Assist with pre-event planning, tasks and projects.
      • Serve as a greeter, brand ambassador, usher, and/or ticket taker for various special events.
      • Assemble gift packages, mailers, welcome packets and other event related materials.
      • Complete guest check-in while providing excellent customer service in all interactions with guests.
      • Assist with event tear down and clean-up.
      • Assist with other resort related service interventions as needed including but not limited to the below:
      • Provide drink service throughout casino and resort.
      • Complete account signups for Resorts World’s program.
      • Assist Convention/Group Sales with guest registration.
      • Order and deliver amenities to guest’s rooms or elsewhere.
      • Serve as a property ambassador during need period.
      • Obtain and maintain position-specific licensing.
      • Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc.
      • Perform other job-related duties as requested.

      Competencies: Includes but is not limited to:

      • Ability to contribute, grow and learn in the special events and promotions field.
      • Excellent writing and communication skills.
      • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
      • Excellent customer service skills.
      • Ability to effectively communicate in English.
      • Polished appearance and demeanor.
      • Excellent customer service skills.
      • Ability to obtain & maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
      • At least 21 years of age.
      • Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

      Preferred:

      • Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.

      Minimum Education and Experience:

      • High School Diploma
      • Six months within Special Events or similar experience.

      Preferred:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Management, Marketing or a related field.

      Certificates, Licenses, Regulations:

      • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
      • Position required licenses
