Role Summary/Purpose:
Customer Service Representative:
· Answering phone calls and responding to general customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
· Arranging for services requested by the customer
· Projecting a professional company image via a phone interaction
Essential Responsibilities:
· Service calls from customers based out of US
· Solve queries and concerns on the call
· Arrange for services required by the customers
· Provide product and services information to customers
· Follow up on customer inquiries and resolve them
· Recognize, document, and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls
· Recommend process improvements
Essential Skills
· Should have a customer centric attitude
· Excellent English language communication skills
· Working knowledge of computers
· Professional phone etiquette and ability to work with teams
· Should be willing to work in rotational shifts and be flexible for night shift timings as well
· Should be open to change.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Freshers or experienced professional with maximum 3 years only will be considered.
Education qualification:
Minimum 10+2 and above.
