What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and negotiate terms of various repurchase agreements, including Master Repurchase Agreements and clearing agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the implementation of the US Treasury clearing initiative
- Monitor and manage risks associated with repo transactions, ensuring accurate reporting
- Support trade capture, confirmation, and settlement processes to ensure accurate records
- Stay informed on regulatory changes affecting repo markets and ensure compliance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Essential experience in negotiating clearing documentation and repo agreements
- Must have repo document negotiation experience
- Knowledge of Repo / Sponsored Repo is useful
- Experience reviewing and negotiating ISDA agreements is desirable
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
