What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, research, and collect internal program data for Title VI and the ADA
- Analyze, compile, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to make recommendations for program improvements
- Prepare written reports with data results, including appropriate graphs, charts, and statistical tables
- Develop and maintain a GIS database with collected information, mapping asset layers
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal laws and regulations regarding state-owned rights-of-ways

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be an Alaska resident
- Combination of education and/or experience in research or statistical analysis
- Proficient in using information technology for data collection and analysis
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

- Experience in civil rights compliance or transportation-related fields
- Familiarity with GIS database development and management
