What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage day-to-day ongoing research initiatives with the employer’s North American music publishing partners
- Develop workflows for monitoring publishing data and provide scalable solutions for issue identification and resolution
- Utilize visual reports to track publisher metrics and trends
- Communicate with partners regarding data delivery, data validation, and general documentation
- Support the global publishing operations team on case management, task tracking, ingestion failures, and go-dark research support

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1+ years of experience in market research, music account management, product management, online operations, consulting, or data analytics
- Knowledge of copyright and music licensing, with an understanding of intellectual property policies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Bachelor’s Degree required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Preferred background in music industry research with a label, music publisher, or DSP
- Technical skills such as coding or SQL
- Background in music or media research at a label, publisher, or DSP
- Understanding of IP processes and products
