What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct qualification research on prospective donors to identify new prospects for gift officer portfolios
- Perform in-depth research including biographical, financial, philanthropic, and capacity data utilizing various research tools and resources
- Enter and update donor information into the database and assign confirmed prospective donors to gift officers
- Respond to research requests from fundraising staff and provide support to the Director of Donor Engagement and Retention
- Assist with prospect management system upgrades by providing feedback and insight on systems and processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in research and data entry
- Proficiency with MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience with fundraising databases strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to data acquisition
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
